Our Tipp City-based crews carry the parts and the know-how to get your air moving again today. Same-day appointments available across Tipp City and the surrounding zip codes.
No automated menus for emergencies — a real person handles the call.
You'll get a flat-rate quote before any repair work begins — no guessing what the final bill will look like.
If anything feels off after we leave, a follow-up call gets a technician back out to make it right.
Leonard HVAC was built by technicians who got tired of watching homeowners get oversold. We invest in ongoing training so our techs recognize a failing capacitor, a cracked heat exchanger, or a refrigerant leak before it turns into an emergency.
We're not the biggest name in Tipp City — we're the crew that answers the phone at 2am when your furnace quits in the middle of a cold snap. We carry the credentials Tipp City inspectors and property managers expect to see, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, big or small.
Tipp City's climate swings hard, and generic national playbooks don't always fit. That local knowledge shapes the parts we stock on the truck — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Trust in this industry gets eroded fast, and it takes real consistency to earn it back. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. We'd rather lose a job to a lower bid than win one by cutting corners on the diagnosis, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Tipp City is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
When you call +1-866-805-8548, you're talking to someone who understands the local permitting process, the common equipment brands installed in Tipp City homes, and realistic scheduling given local demand. Our warranty and service history records stay attached to your address, so any future technician who visits already has the full picture.
We cover the full range of heating, cooling, and air quality work Tipp City properties actually need.
Breakdowns rarely happen at a convenient time, which is exactly why our emergency line runs 24 hours a day. Our Tipp City dispatch team prioritizes no-heat and no-cooling calls so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
We keep the truck stocked with the parts that fail most often on the equipment common to Tipp City homes, which is exactly why most repairs don't require a return visit.
An aging system that's constantly breaking down usually costs more to keep patching than to replace. We walk Tipp City homeowners through financing and rebate options where available before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
We protect floors and entryways during the install and haul away the old equipment so you're not left dealing with disposal.
A retail floor, a restaurant kitchen, or an office suite can't run without stable climate control. Our commercial division services light industrial and warehouse ventilation across Tipp City, with priority response for facilities that can't afford downtime.
We understand that a commercial call isn't just about comfort, it's about keeping a business open.
A seasonal tune-up catches the kind of wear that turns into a mid-summer no-cool call. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle indoor air quality upgrades for homes with allergy or asthma concerns for Tipp City households that want more than just temperature control.
A tune-up typically takes under an hour and covers the checkpoints most likely to catch a problem before it becomes a breakdown.
We'd rather set clear expectations upfront than make vague promises we can't back up.
Every repair comes with a workmanship warranty explained in plain terms before we leave.
We quote a flat rate before work begins and that number doesn't change once you approve it.
Our office follows up after major repairs and installs to confirm everything is holding.
A little attention to how your system is running can save you a lot of money and discomfort.
Rattling during startup often means a component has worked itself loose and needs tightening before it causes real damage.
Weak airflow from the vents often traces back to a clogged filter, a failing blower motor, or leaking ductwork.
A system working harder than it should to hit the same temperature shows up directly on your utility bill.
This is one of the warning signs we recommend not waiting on.
A musty smell often points to mold or moisture buildup somewhere in the ductwork.
If you're calling about the same problem every few months, the underlying cause likely hasn't been fully addressed.
We explain diagnostic fees and repair estimates before authorizing work.
Dispatchers give you a realistic arrival window instead of a vague "sometime today".
Parts and labor are backed by warranty terms explained in plain language.
Every technician carries current state licensing and manufacturer training.
Photos and plain-language notes accompany every diagnostic.
Maintenance plan members get priority scheduling and discounted rates.
A snapshot of the feedback that keeps us accountable.
"I called three other companies first and this was the only one that actually picked up. No pressure to buy a whole new system when a repair was all we needed."
"We've used them for our maintenance plan for two years now and never had a surprise breakdown. Techs are always polite, always on time, and clean up after themselves."
"Had a full system replacement done and it was the smoothest home project I've had in years. New system is noticeably quieter and our energy bill actually dropped."
"As a property manager, having a company that actually answers after-hours calls is rare. Documentation for our records was thorough and easy to file."
"I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a bigger unit than I needed. Installation crew was in and out in a day and left the space cleaner than they found it."
"Called at 11pm during a heat wave and honestly didn't expect anyone to pick up, let alone show up. This is the company I'm saving in my phone now."
Understanding what typically fails helps homeowners know what to watch for and when a repair call is worth making before things get worse.
The shift between peak heating and peak cooling demand is exactly when older or neglected equipment tends to fail. Filters should be checked monthly during heavy-use seasons and replaced roughly every 60-90 days depending on your household and any pets.
Keeping vents unblocked by furniture and rugs helps maintain even airflow throughout the home. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
We also service package units common on manufactured and modular homes throughout the Tipp City area. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
Here's a look at the kind of experience that shows up at your door.
Over a decade in residential heating and cooling, with a focus on load calculations and full system replacements.
Known for fast, accurate diagnostics on no-heat and no-cool breakdowns.
Experienced with the light industrial and retail equipment common across the area.
For emergency no-heat or no-cool calls, we prioritize dispatch and aim to have a technician on-site the same day, often within a couple of hours.
We explain the diagnostic fee upfront and provide a flat-rate repair quote once the issue is identified.
Yes, no-heat and no-cool situations are treated as priority calls regardless of the hour.
We maintain current credentials because it protects both our customers and our team.
Our technicians walk you through the actual numbers — repair cost versus remaining system life versus new equipment efficiency — before making a recommendation.
Ask your technician about current plan pricing during any service call.
If you're unsure whether your address falls in our service area, a quick call to +1-866-805-8548 will confirm it.
Our commercial team handles rooftop units, multi-zone systems, and facility contracts alongside our standard residential repair work.
If parts require special ordering for a less common brand, we'll communicate that timeline upfront.
Ask about financing during your in-home estimate to see what fits your situation.
Most Tipp City homes benefit from two tune-ups a year — one before cooling season and one before heating season.
Check that the thermostat has power and the batteries aren't dead, and check your breaker panel for a tripped switch before calling.
Ask about current after-hours rates when you call +1-866-805-8548.
Straightforward fixes like a capacitor swap or a thermostat replacement are often finished in well under an hour.
For commercial accounts or rental properties, a designated point of contact or property manager can coordinate access instead.
Housing stock varies a lot across Tipp City — older homes often still run original ductwork that needs different care than the sealed, high-efficiency systems going into newer builds.
Larger properties get the same upfront pricing and licensed technicians as a single-family service call, just coordinated at scale.
A full system replacement is one of the bigger home expenses most people face, and we don't expect everyone to pay it in a single lump sum. If a rebate or local incentive program applies to your Tipp City installation, our technicians will flag it during the estimate rather than leaving you to track it down after the fact.
We dispatch throughout Tipp City and the neighboring communities, keeping response times tight because our trucks stay close to home.
Coverage isn't limited to a single neighborhood or subdivision — our Tipp City dispatch zone stretches across the metro area and into the surrounding suburbs and unincorporated communities.
